Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering with no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

Help Biologics Conjugation Commercialization team with scientific direction and lab scale-down models.
Lead daily lab operations, including scheduling, training, inventory management and operational metrics.
Oversee capital asset startup, equipment ownership, project planning, maintenance, calibration and root cause analysis.
Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and process safety management in all activities.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and drive continuous improvement.
