Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in automation and biotech settings.
• Experience integrating automation with R&D bench science in biologics or related life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust, scalable automation platforms linking high-throughput and bench-scale systems.
• Serve as technical authority across automation platforms, guiding design decisions.
• Own reliability and continuous improvement of shared automation systems.
• Support ongoing operation and troubleshooting of deployed automated workflows.
• Grow technical capability by mentoring junior engineers and scientists.
