Qualifications

• M.Sc. plus minimum of 3 years' experience in bioinformatics or closely related field.
• Experience with NGS data and bioinformatics tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automated workflows for bioinformatics tools using next generation sequencing data.
• Oversee systems support and develop new pipelines for molecular assays.
• Perform quality control and develop solutions for data performance.
