You will harmonize multi-vendor genomic data and build automated transformations to load standardized datasets into cBioPortal, OMOP Genomics Extensions, and BI platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering with deep cancer genomics knowledge, clinical molecular testing experience, and mastery of data

Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree in bioinformatics or related field with hands-on pipeline experience.
• Proven ability to develop and validate multi-vendor genomic data integration pipelines.
• Experience with cBioPortal data models, file formats, and data loading procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data harmonization pipelines for clinical genomic data.
• Build automated loading workflows into cBioPortal, OMOP-CDM, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy in production and ensure data quality.
• Support precision medicine initiatives with scalable data solutions.
