• Develops, tests, and maintains bioinformatics software tools and analytical applications.
• Manages HPC environments, pipelines, and data transfer processes.
• Develops interactive data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., R Shiny).
• Supports genome assembly, metagenomics, and virome analyses.
