Job summary

Paradigm Health is building a data-centric platform to enable equitable access to clinical trials. We seek a skilled Information/Data Scientist with a strong background in biomarker and clinical data pipelines to design, build, and maintain terminology libraries and ontologies that underpin our products.

You will ensure end-to-end data integrity across our systems, organize clinical knowledge, and support knowledge bases aligned with industry vocabularies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in biomarker and clinical data pipelines.
• Experience with biomarker/genomic ontologies or terminologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare ontologies (ICD/SNOMED/LOINC).
• Experience evaluating data quality (completeness/accuracy).
• Collaborative mindset and strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to map source data (e.g., EHR) to our data model.
• Develop scalable models to automate data mappings.
• Evaluate data from multiple sources for accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to ontologies, vocabularies, and data standards for the platform.
• Identify informatics tools and data sources to enhance user experience.
• Perform QC and query data in our platform.
• Input into data architectures and analysis workflows.
