We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Clinical Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced analyses of healthcare claims and program data to evaluate and project program performance, generate insights into cost savings and effectiveness, and support internal and external reporting efforts. This role involves heavy use of SQL for data extraction and transformation, data analysis, and QA of healthcare claims data. Use of statistical software such as R or Python will also be required for outcomes analysis. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain robust reporting solutions to track progress towards KPIs. Familiarity with BI tools like SSRS or Power BI and data visualization experience a plus. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare analytics, technical proficiency, and a passion for improving healthcare programs through data.
