Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Sr. Biochemist to provide onsite scientific and engineering support in Arlington, VA, serving DARPA program managers across the development lifecycle.

You will translate national-security objectives into technical requirements, assess feasibility and risk, develop BAAs and statements of work, and produce decision-quality briefings and portfolio assessments for senior leadership. A Secret clearance and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant technical discipline.
• 16+ years of relevant work experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Able to report to Arlington, VA up to full-time based upon client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite scientific and engineering support to program managers across the full DARPA program development and R&D lifecycle.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable technical requirements, milestones, and performer deliverables.
• Develop decision-quality briefings, white papers, and portfolio assessments for senior leadership.
