Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree is required.
- 16+ years of relevant work experience.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Ability to report to Arlington, VA full-time as needed.
Responsibilities
- Translate objectives into actionable technical requirements, milestones and deliverables across the program lifecycle.
- Support development of BAAs, proposers’ day materials, evaluation criteria and SOOs.
- Review reports, data, test results and transition plans to identify risks needing management attention.
- Plan and support program reviews, site visits, workshops and technical meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop decision-quality briefs, white papers and portfolio assessments for senior leadership.
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams spanning biology, engineering and end users.
