Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences and 4+ years of relevant lab experience (bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep).
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse skill levels.
• Ability to learn new techniques, troubleshoot instruments, and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with equipment qualification, maintenance, and documentation.
• Proven leadership with focus on team development, engagement, morale, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lab Operations: Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and sanitization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook entries, and perform second-person verification.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and act as a technical resource for equipment.
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, monitor workflow to meet turnaround times, conduct performance reviews, and manage training.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with leadership and clients to implement business directives and drive improvements.
