Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a qualified professional to support bioassay testing and equipment maintenance at our Indianapolis facility. You will ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and team development while handling lab operations and instrument-related troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in physical sciences and 4+ years of lab experience are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (e.g., chemistry, physics) and 4+ years of relevant lab experience.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new techniques, troubleshoot instruments, and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with equipment qualification, maintenance, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and sanitization.
• Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook entries, and support deviation investigations and change controls.
• Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and act as a technical resource for equipment.
• Coach and develop team members, monitor workflow to meet turnaround times, conduct performance reviews, and manage training.
• Collaborate with leadership and clients to implement business directives and drive improvements.
