Job summary

TCG Labs-Soleil seeks a Senior Scientist, Bioanalytical Sciences to lead PK/ADA and biomarker assays across discovery to clinical development. The role demands strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS/BS with extensive hands-on bioanalytical experience.
• Experience developing ligand binding assays for PK, ADA, and biomarker applications.
• Ability to formulate and communicate a bioanalytical strategy across discovery to clinical development.
• Proficiency with MSD and ELISA platforms; experience with clinical/non-clinical matrices.
• Familiarity with newer technologies (Simoa, Gyrolab, LC-MS/MS, multiplex panels).
• Strong communication skills; experience presenting to program teams.
• Experience overseeing external CRO activities, including protocol/reports.

Responsibilities

• Formulate end-to-end bioanalytical strategy for programs and select assays.
• Provide scientific/technical leadership for PK, ADA, biomarker assays.
• Evaluate emerging bioanalytical tech for fit-for-purpose use.
• Mentor Scientists and Senior Research Associates.
• Represent Bioanalytical Sciences on cross-functional teams.
• Oversee CRO/vendor qualification and audits; approve protocols/reports.
