Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of bioanalytical processes in a laboratory.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and analytical software.
• Knowledge of chromatography software is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulatory context is desirable.
• English proficiency; bilingual ability may be considered.
• Alternative certifications may be acceptable.
• Candidates with different criteria may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform extraction and analysis of biological samples per SOPs.
• Serve as a resource person in the laboratory.
• Develop and validate bioanalytical methods.
• Document activities and verify related documents.
• Review bioanalytical and method SOPs as needed.
• Initiate analyses with appropriate instruments and software.
• Follow up on result analysis and troubleshoot issues.
• Integrate and revise data using computer applications.
• Assist with waste disposal and lab equipment cleaning.
• Participate in training of new staff.
• Assist in managing bioanalytical projects with supervision.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOPs.
