Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist to serve as Bioanalytical Principal Investigator, guiding study execution and method validation in a GLP/GCLP setting at our Gaithersburg, MD center. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules with management, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or equivalent industrial experience, a strong background in ligand-binding assays, and demonstrated leadership

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/mentoring/management experience.
• Experience with running immunoassays/ligand-binding assays is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sample analysis and method validation projects in GLP/GCLP environments.
• Plan and oversee experiments for each project and ensure required resources.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to bioanalytical staff.
• Review study data, analyze results, and present summaries to management.
