Job summary

Enlaza Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist to join the Bioanalysis team within Pharmacology, Bioassay, and Translational Research. You will conduct bioanalytical sample analysis and support PK and immunogenicity assays.

This full-time, on-site role offers stock options and a comprehensive benefits package, with relocation assistance if eligible, and a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry or related field with 3+ years in bioanalysis.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining PK and immunogenicity assays; GLP experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and meticulous documentation in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct bioanalytical sample analysis in accord with established ligand-binding methods.
• Maintain data reporting and affiliate documentation including notebooks, method qualification reports, and bioanalytical reports.
• Provide hands-on lab support for PK and immunogenicity assays in portfolio activities.
• Author bioanalytical method protocols and contribute to method characterization packages.
• Peer review data and documentation; interpret bioanalytical data and communicate findings to a wider audience.
• Contribute to meta-analyses of quantitative and qualitative results; oversee reagents and equipment.
