Qualifications

• SECRET clearance or eligibility for interim Secret clearance.
• Ability to communicate scientific guidance to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide guidance on leading-edge technologies in biology and chemistry.
• Evaluate feasibility of technical approaches to problems.
• Review scientific reports and critique methods and results.
• Develop scientific capability development strategies and test methodologies.
• Monitor threats program performance against goals and budgets.
• Prepare program status reports and read-ahead materials.
• Coordinate meetings and international science/tech partnerships.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences as needed.
