We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior BIM Technician to support our design team by producing high-quality structural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

Position Overview

As a Senior BIM Technician, you will work closely with structural engineers to create accurate 3D models and construction documents. You will play a key role in ensuring coordination, precision, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for structural systems using Revit.
• Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, and details.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural and MEP models.
• Assist engineers with design changes and incorporate markups.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.
• Support ongoing development and maintenance of BIM standards and templates.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• 5 years minimum experience working in a structural engineering or architecture firm.
• Familiarity with structural systems and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Preferred:

• Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro/BIM 360.
