Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Architecture experience.
• Proven Revit proficiency on large projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead BIM standard adoption.

Responsibilities

• Strategic: maintain studio-wide BIM oversight and develop firm standards and best practices.
• Management: provide BIM leadership, mentorship, staff training, and project staffing guidance.
• Production: support modelling, data management, and information exchange across projects.
