Job summary

LeoForce seeks an experienced Senior BIM Specialist to join our Oakland team. You will lead BIM modeling efforts on complex projects, coordinate cross-disciplinary workflows, and drive improvements in document production planning and modeling standards.

The role requires 6+ years of Autodesk Revit and related BIM software experience in a structures or similar department, plus hands-on use of Forma, Navisworks, Revizto and Revit add-ins to enhance throughput.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Autodesk Revit and BIM software experience in a structures or related department.
• Working knowledge of Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience with BIM model coordination software such as Navisworks and Revizto.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Studio sessions.
• Experience using Revit add-ins and third-party software to increase workflow efficiency, such as Ideate Software, Dynamo, and pyRevit.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD in a structural engineering or architectural setting. Construction experience a plus.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare, education, civic, science and technology, or industrial manufacturing buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM modeling on complex projects and coordinate with design teams.
• Drive process improvements in document production planning and BIM workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior BIM staff and enforce modeling standards.
• Adapt to evolving BIM tools and project-specific challenges with minimal oversight.
