Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead electrical design BIM efforts for advanced facilities. You will establish BIM standards, coordinate across disciplines, and uphold model integrity on world-class projects—from semiconductor manufacturing to state-of-the-art industrial facilities.

You will mentor designers, drive BIM workflows, and collaborate with teams to deliver innovative, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years of design experience using 3D modeling/drafting.
• At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; strong BIM capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM standards and project environments.
• Oversee model integrity, clash detection, and QC for high-quality designs.
• Mentor and train designers, promoting technical excellence.
• Work autonomously to solve complex challenges and guide the team.
