Jacobs is seeking a Senior BIM Specialist to lead electrical design for advanced facilities. You will establish BIM standards, oversee model integrity and clash detection, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, world-class designs for global clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant design experience in 3D modeling/drafting.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and BIM workflows.
• Experience leading BIM teams on advanced facilities.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high-performing designs.
• Mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Work autonomously to solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and deliver world-class deliverables.
