Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville seeks a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to align projects with BIM standards and strategy. You will be the senior BIM contact on project teams, ensuring delivery teams are optimised for Revit and related workflows, and for the creation of coordinated models, data, reports and documentation.

You will lead projects, organise complex Revit environments, implement BIM standards, and mentor colleagues in design systems and digital delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
• A proactive, flexible attitude and ability to build strong working relationships.
• Desirable: experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, BIM360 or Bluebeam.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

As a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator at Foster + Partners, you will projects in line with the Foster + Partners BIM & Design Systems standards and strategy. The role acts as a senior point of contact for BIM related activities within project teams for BIM related activities, responsible for ensuring the delivery team is optimised for working in Revit, associated design technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation.

This role is ideal if you want to:

• Lead project teams and manage BIM workflows across multiple studios.
• Organise, configure and maintain complex Revit projects.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.

What you will bring to the team:
