Qualifications

• Must hold a professional degree.
• Must be a Registered architect with the ability to be registered in Ohio and Indiana.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience, with 10+ years preferred.
• Proficient and well-versed in Revit with knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage and take on various projects from conceptual design to final detailing.
• Complete conceptual designs while considering cost and constructability issues.
• Lead and mentor existing designers and Co-op students.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal colleagues.
