Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience on large or industrial projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience performing clash detection and managing coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models (fire protection, life safety) across all project stakeholders.
• Perform and lead regular clash detection using Navisworks, facilitating resolution workflows and tracking issues through closure.
• Ensure models are constructible, coordinated, and aligned with field installation requirements.
• Support BEP, model standards, and governance across the project.
