COWI in Oakland is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our hybrid, full-time team. You will deliver BIM models, coordinate with project partners, and ensure standards across civil infrastructure and rail projects while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D proficiency, BIM Protocols, and effective collaboration. Base pay ranges from $67,200 to $105,600 annually, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical subject with modelling elements.
• 5+ years with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Clash Reports.
• Advanced 3D CAD/BIM modelling for civil, infrastructure, or rail projects.
• Experience implementing BIM Protocol and Execution Plans.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Use engineering knowledge to apply coordination skills in BIM.
• Deliver project BIM models, coordinate with partners, maintain standards.
• Coordinate BIM information across disciplines and resolve modelling issues.
• Mentor team members in modelling and guidance.
• Monitor BIM processes using Navisworks, BIM 360, Trimble Connect, etc.
• Liaise with project team and consultants to review models and amend as needed.
