Job summary

Strategic Mission Critical seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead model coordination and QA/QC across mission critical data center projects. You will support Revit environments, collaborate with MEP teams, and uphold BIM standards throughout design and construction phases.

The role emphasizes coordination workflows, issue resolution, and continuous improvement while working in a hybrid setting within a high-performance engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Revit experience within engineering, architecture, or construction environments.
• Strong experience working within multidisciplinary MEP model environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with deep understanding of model setup, coordination, and management workflows.
• Experience working across multiple linked models in collaborative project environments.
• Familiarity with model QA/QC processes and BIM standards management.
• Experience supporting coordination workflows across disciplines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within Revit/model environments.

We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to support complex mission critical projects through model coordination, QA/QC, Revit support, and BIM standards management across multidisciplinary teams.

This role partners closely with engineering teams to help maintain healthy, organized, and coordinated model environments throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on design-side BIM coordination and model management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Background within a consulting engineering environment
• Exposure to mission critical/data center projects
• Familiarity with construction documentation and coordination workflows

Compensation

$110,000 - $130,000+ (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location)
