Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Self-starter disposition with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders in CRM from complex international agreements and amendments.
• Create quotes and opportunities in Salesforce to match contracts and billing schedules.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders on billing/invoicing matters.
• Manage billing queues in SFDC and Oracle.
• Audit and reconcile invoicing, credits, and rebills as needed.
• Prepare billing and sales reconciliations and reports.
• Support month-end accruals and close activities.
• Partner with Collections to resolve billing issues.
