Qualifications

• Experience building or working on billing, payments, metering, or financial systems.
• Ability to own complex systems end-to-end with a focus on correctness.
• 5+ years of software development experience with backend languages.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Familiarity with real-time and batch data processing.
• Proven ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and building systems for financial correctness.
• Experience building systems with strong monitoring capabilities.
• Experience guiding engineers in a technical capacity.
• Ability to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
