Seeking an experienced billing professional to manage the full revenue cycle for skilled nursing operations. This role oversees accurate and timely billing across government and commercial payers, resolves complex claim issues, and partners with internal teams to support compliant and efficient reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve claim discrepancies, including follow-ups and appeals
  • Partner with clinical, admissions, and records teams to ensure accurate documentation and authorizations
  • Serve as a resource for complex or escalated billing matters
  • Support billing audits and compliance efforts
  • Lead aging reviews and communicate reimbursement risks or delays
  • Mentor team members and support process improvements
  • Stay current on payer regulations and billing best practices
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of accounts receivable or medical billing experience, including skilled nursing/SNF billing
  • Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
  • Advanced attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
