CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking a Senior Bilingual Loan Processor to provide customer service, gather documentation, and interface with loan officers and underwriters. The role focuses on accurate disclosures and timely processing across East Coast hours.
The position requires at least five years of mortgage processing experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency with Encompass is preferred.

The Senior Bilingual Loan Processor is responsible for providing customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or loan officer. The Senior Bilingual Loan Processor provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
This position operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone working hours to support the East Coast region.
