Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Big Data technologies, Hadoop, PySpark, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Strong technical expertise in Big Data platforms, data processing, application development, and reusable framework design.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and critical-path updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise change management, governance, and documentation standards.
• Support data quality improvement, metadata onboarding, and data management activities.
• Experience in financial tracking, cost reconciliation, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
