Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Data Architect to design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions. You will lead technical teams and own delivery across the SDLC, focusing on Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Spark, and Scala.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures, guide data warehouse design, and ensure solutions are secure and enterprise-aligned. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Databricks, AWS/Azure, Scala, Spark, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• 3+ years of experience building Databricks and SQL-based data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience developing complex transformations using Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data architecture and solutions.
• Develop and maintain data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Spark, and Scala.
• Build and optimize Databricks and SQL-based data warehouses following industry best practices.
• Develop complex data transformations using Databricks.
• Work hands-on with AWS cloud services and data platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead teams in implementing solutions according to defined architecture and design.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and code/design reviews.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
