Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior bid managers for a remote, flexible engagement, focused on training AI to generate professional presentations and slide decks. You will lead RFP responses and orals, crafting high-quality decks and executive summaries for AI-assisted workflows.

Expect a 70$/hour rate with a commitment of 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, ASAP start. Previous success in bid management and slide craftsmanship will help you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior bid managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for senior bid managers with 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.
