All Level Installations of Finish Carpentry Inc. seeks a driven Construction Estimator with extensive estimating and sales experience in commercial and residential sectors.

The role requires collaboration with Architects, Property Management, Owners, Contractors, and Millwork suppliers to win projects. A 5+ year track record is preferred, with the ability to bid, estimate, and close deals. Traveling up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Construction Estimating and Sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to estimate and sell projects.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to interact with Architects, Property Management, Owners, Contractors, Suppliers, and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit projects and generate new business opportunities.
• Estimate and sell projects, working with team or independently.
• Bid construction projects from blueprints and millwork elevations.
• Attend job walks and complete commercial bids and proposals on time.
• Follow up on RFPs and proposals with clients and maintain relationships.
