Job summary

A defense contractor is looking for a Senior BI Developer (Lead) based in Fort Meade, MD, to support the Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command. This role includes leading a team focused on creating dashboards and reporting products critical to cyber readiness. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience with BI tools, SQL, and Python, and demonstrate strong design skills. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain security clearance. Certifications in Tableau or Power BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• 12 years of specific experience preferred.
• Tableau and/or Power BI certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 visualization and documentation professionals.
• Design unified dashboards for situational awareness.
• Oversee reports production for DASC Readiness and Performance.
• Tailor analytic products for multiple audience levels.
• Manage knowledge management and training initiatives.
• Integrate threat intelligence into visualization products.
