RadNet is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer in Maryland to design, develop, and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. You will optimize SQL, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, and mentor BI Analysts to improve reporting capabilities.

The role leads BI projects from planning to deployment, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance while staying abreast of the latest BI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proven experience in leading BI projects and mentoring team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
