Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of BI experience.
Experience on one BI platform and knowledge across multiple BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
Collaborates with engineers for creative ideas for Web portals supporting interactive content and reviews enhancements.
Defines application scope and prepares functional/technical specifications.
Develops and performs system testing and fixes defects identified during testing.
Aids in integrating activities with other IT departments for project success.
Develops strategic reports from the data warehouse using SQL to extract data.
Provides training documentation and mentoring to team members.
