Mondo is seeking a Senior BI Developer to own Power BI reporting across field operations, management, and senior leadership. This role partners with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver dashboards that drive VP-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate pairs deep Power BI and Snowflake expertise with strong business acumen, excellent communication, and an interest in leveraging AI to streamline development and support.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of BI development experience.
• Advanced Power BI experience with data sourcing from Excel and Snowflake.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience pulling and working with data.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards with strong business acumen.
• Experience using AI tools with Power BI to improve development efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports for field operations, management, and senior leadership.
• Source and model data from Snowflake and Excel to support operational and executive reporting.
• Partner with business leaders and VPs to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with development teams on data pipelines and report delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce development and support time.
• Maintain and support existing reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
