• Partner with Data Engineering to optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data models (Snowflake, dbt).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and BI teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop scalable data models and ensure data quality and performance.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Mentor junior developers and lead BI initiatives.
• Enforce BI standards and governance; improve processes and cost management.
