Position Title:

Senior BI Developer

Location:

$100K - $140K (Depending on Experience)

Installation Made Easy ("IME") provides software and process management that enable retailers, manufacturers, and contractors (providers) to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.

The Senior BI Developer will lead the company's business intelligence efforts, responsible for development, build-out, implementation, maintenance, administration, and user training of all BI reporting solutions. Additionally, the role will perform data analysis and fulfill adhoc reporting requests, helping the business team and executives make informed decisions.

This position is initially an individual contributor role with potential for growth as the BI maturity of the organization evolves.

Essential Functions:

• Source and integrate data from multiple platforms
• Create, maintain, and monitor alerts to ensure proper execution of recurring jobs and rectify failures promptly
• Design and produce standardized reporting for stakeholders (internal associates, Retail Partners, contractors, and manufacturers)
• Fulfill adhoc reporting requests and support BI self-service initiatives
• Develop understanding of business processes, enterprise platform, and data structures to ensure accurate reporting
• Manage milestones and timelines for BI projects

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent SQL experience
• Experience with Snowflake
• 5+ years in similar roles
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft reporting tools (SSRS, tabular models, Power Automate)
• Ability to write intermediate/advanced queries using DAX and T-SQL
• Strong technical, problem-solving, report development, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and report accuracy
• Understanding of information delivery architecture
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback
