Job summary

International Medical Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Engineer in Indianapolis to integrate data into an Enterprise Data Warehouse and to design, build, and support SSIS-based ETL pipelines with performance tuning. You will create robust reporting with SSRS and Power BI, and develop data models for analytics and operations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years in BI/Data Science roles. Candidates should have experience with ML/AI (LLMs, OCR), AWS Bedrock, and travel medical data; hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Business or related field.
• Ten years of experience in Data Science/BI roles including EDW integration.
• Experience with star schema, SSIS ETL, SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple systems into an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Design, build, and support SSIS ETL pipelines; performance tuning.
• Develop robust reporting with SSRS and Power BI; data modeling.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives including LLM agents, OCR and automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; mentor junior developers; ensure deployments.
