Wipfli is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to serve as the primary technical escalation point for our Data and Analytics Managed Services clients, supporting BI reporting and analytics environments. The role blends hands-on work with client-facing consulting in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions while mentoring staff and contributing to ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a professional services firm or related field with 1+ year in professional services.
• 5+ years in analytics/BI solutions, Power BI experience, troubleshooting and administration.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for data and analytics support issues.
• Troubleshoot Power BI, Fabric, Azure and other analytics platforms.
• Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical recommendations and solutions.
• Support onboarding for new managed services clients.
• Create and maintain technical and client documentation.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance.
• Partner with success, delivery, and consulting teams to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal training.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to improve productivity and delivery.
