Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience or master’s with 6 years; PhD with 2 years’ experience.
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
Autonomy in delivering complex analytics projects with minimal direction.
Experience in BI/Analytics Architecture, Dimensional Modeling, Data Products, and data visualization.
Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, Snowflake, and data prep tools.

Responsibilities

Foster relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics projects.
Develop data models, semantic models, KPI measures, and governance standards.
Create intuitive visualizations to communicate insights and trends.
Mentor junior resources and manage multiple BI projects.
Lead requirement lifecycle, testing, and training activities.
