Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of Mayo accounting systems and financial concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS or SQL; CPA/CMA/FACHE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and strategic planning for profitability initiatives.
• Serve as primary financial expert supporting Senior Director of Business Analytics.
• Design and implement analyses aligned with market and competitive needs.
• Develop strategic market plans using analytics and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee BI enhancements, report design, and data-driven decision support.
