Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a data analytics professional to support Accreditation within the Risk Management department. You will develop analytics, automation, and dashboards to improve efficiency and decision-making, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights.

The role focuses on automating processes, data quality, governance, and scalable analytics across Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other visualization tools, while staying current with healthcare trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, healthcare, computer science, economics, or related field required. Master's preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare field required.
• Minimum of three years' experience analyzing data and working with data visualization/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automations and analytics visualizations using Co-Pilot, Python, SQL, RPA tools, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Translate healthcare, quality, risk, and accreditation needs into actionable analytics and dashboards.
• Automate processes and develop reusable, self‑service analytical tools to improve efficiency and governance.
