Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in BI or data analytics with senior-level ownership of BI deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI, including DAX and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, window functions, and tuning.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Experience designing semantic models/metrics layers for enterprise reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports across departments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract/transform data.
• Design semantic models for consistent metrics across BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts on BI standards and best practices.
• Document data definitions, logic, and dashboard specs.
