Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field and 2 years experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4 years experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel.
• Or 6 years insurance experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel.
• Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance products and/or associated data- preferred
• Experience with external data sources- preferred
• Power BI visualization expertise – preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate SME-level data knowledge with proven expertise in multiple domains and data environments.
• Research, design, analyze, develop and maintain exceptional business intelligence solutions.
• Present and communicate insights in a manner that drives stakeholder understanding, adoption, and business action.
• Increase data literacy across the organization by providing training and support for the business intelligence tools developed.
• Drive adoption of business intelligence solutions by communicating insights effectively and partnering with stakeholders to integrate data into decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to accomplish department goals consistent with Central’s mission and values.
