Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. Our BI team ensures data integrity and enables decision making across the business to help Huntington become the best performing regional bank in America.

You will elicit requirements, develop metrics, and support existing reports while driving improvements in data quality and analytics. The role combines collaboration across departments with hands-on BI tooling expertise to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or additional relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience using data to drive business decisions and BI tooling (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake).
• Experience communicating complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Partners with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirements.
• Partners with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports.
• Research and develop mapping documents that will aid developers in their efforts.
• Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
• Identifies and analyzes errors and inconsistencies in the data and provides timely resolutions.
• Creates written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations.
• Teaches and advocates the use of business intelligence tools across levels of the organization.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of applications, methodologies, and trends.
• Analyze existing systems or procedures and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
• Serves as liaison between BICoE pod and other pods/business units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
