Job summary

Acunor Inc. in Plainsboro, NJ seeks a Senior BI, AI & Pharma Analytics Consultant to lead enterprise BI, analytics and AI initiatives in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environments.

You will translate business problems into scalable analytics solutions and present findings to senior leaders. The role requires extensive experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense), strong SQL/data analysis skills, and a proven track record in stakeholder management and solution consulting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or related areas.
• Strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain experience is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Pharma commercial and analytical data.
• Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, reporting strategies, and analytics solutions.
• Exposure to AI/Generative AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives within Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environments.
• Design and recommend dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical solutions.
• Work with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar technologies.
• Analyze Pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, field force, and omnichannel datasets.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and reporting solutions.

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution discussions, and executive presentations.
• Develop analytics strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences analytics expertise, stakeholder management, solution consulting, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable BI and AI solutions.
