Job summary

ITDS Business Consultants is seeking a Senior BeyondTrust PAM Solutions Architect for a fully remote role servicing enterprise security initiatives in Europe. You will design and implement scalable PAM architectures across BeyondTrust modules, aligning with IAM/IGA integrations and cloud platforms.

Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of IT experience, deep PAM knowledge, and a track record of delivering secure, scalable privileged access

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of IT experience with significant BeyondTrust experience.
• Expertise across the BeyondTrust suite (PWS, PRA, EPM, PMUL, Entitle, Insights).
• Deep understanding of privileged access, credential management, and least privilege.

Strengthen enterprise security at scale — architect BeyondTrust PAM solutions that protect privileged access and power secure digital operations.

Warsaw-based opportunity with a fully remote work model.

As a Senior BeyondTrust PAM Solutions Architect, you will be working for our client on an enterprise cybersecurity initiative focused on designing and implementing secure, scalable Privileged Access Management solutions. You will shape architectures across the BeyondTrust suite, integrate PAM capabilities with critical enterprise platforms, and help establish robust security controls, standards, and best practices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of enterprise BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
• Translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Design integrations between BeyondTrust platforms and IAM/IGA, authentication, directory, cloud, infrastructure, application, and security platforms.
• Define PAM architectures covering privileged accounts, service and application accounts, credential management, session management, access controls, and privileged-user lifecycle.
• Assess existing environments, identify security and architecture gaps, and define target-state designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Establish PAM architecture standards, security controls, integration patterns, and technical policies.
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight to engineering and implementation teams.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, and recommended approaches.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of IT experience, including significant experience architecting and implementing BeyondTrust solutions.
• Expertise across the BeyondTrust suite, including PWS, PRA, EPM, PMUL, Entitle, and Insights.
• Deep understanding of privileged access, credential management, session management, least privilege, access controls, and privileged identity governance.
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with IAM/IGA, directories, authentication platforms, cloud services, SIEM, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience developing solution architectures, integration designs, deployment models, and technical roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership abilities.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (BCIE) Advanced certification.
• BeyondTrust Certified Password Safe Administration, Advanced certification.
• BeyondTrust Certified Privileged Remote Access Administration certification.
• BeyondTrust Certified Endpoint Privilege Management Win/Mac Administration certification.

Language Required for the role: Fluent English.
